Q. Does Kindred Spirits Baby make gift item's to order?

A. Yes, at Kindred Spirits Baby we make all gift clothing items exactly to the customers specification - so if you have any requirements that are not listed, just use the 'Contact Us' button and we will be happy to meet your needs.

Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A. At Kindred Spirits Baby, we ask you to allow 14 days for large items, for example, Cot's and Pushchair's, to be delivered. This is an over estimate, to allow for warehouse and transportation delays, usually you will recieve your order within a 3-4 days. Smaller items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Q. Will my items be shipped together?

A. Yes, apart from personalised gifts, your items will be shipped together if all are in stock. Personalised gifts are shipped from a different location, and therefore will not arrive with the same order, although they may arrive on the same day.

Q. What courrier do you use?

A. We ship all large items with a courrier that will require a signature on delivery. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged?

A. If you recieve an item that is damaged, or has a manufacturing default, you must contact Kindred Spirits Baby immediately, and we will arrange to have the item collected at cost, and replaced immediately.

Q. What if my item arrives and I don't like it?

A. At Kindred Spirits Baby, your happiness at this special time in your life, is priority. If you do not like your item we will do our best to change it to suit your needs, however, you will have to pay the return postage for your item.
